Antalya

Antalya had been on the list of place to visit since before we left New Zealand.

It was such a beautiful city. A nice speedup from Fethiye but not as chaotic as Istanbul.

We spent time strolling the old town, the coastal cliffs, relaxing on the beach (a bit uncomfortable due to all the stones), hanging out with friends from the hostel.

Now the hostel was a great part of the trip. So warm and lively, lots going on, we made a bunch of new friends. (You can see a lot of them in one of the images below). Istanbul the hostel was much smaller and had a lot of people staying for work as well, Fethiye was a whole weird thing, so Antalya was the first chance for a good hostel.

Not too mention Antalya was so good we had to see it twice. Haha
We had made our first attempt to send some post home to New Zealand, and a series of unfortunate events after that meant a cross country day trip to collect our failed post. More about it here.

Antayla was a sunny trip and a lovely spot to warm up before heading to the cooler lands of Cappadocia.
